But TB experience has gave me a lesson that is very-very crucial! Prevention is better than cure! It is painfull, so, i din't want to get sick again. Begin with wearing mask in the highly packed area such as academic complex and classes, i'm also consuming a hig dose of vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid! Luckily my dearest sister Fiona gave this weapon 3 weeks ago, she told me that this could be important, beside that i'm taking Proviton Ginseng Capsule as additional supplement... That are not included with my maintenace phase medication, few type of antibiotics... Hope that will boost my immune system. Hu...hu cleanlines the most powerful weapon against contagious disease, washing my hand with antispetic foam, and taking my bath regularly.
